Sometimes, people find that life feels overwhelming. We can work together to help you to manage and shift feelings of insecurity, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Individual Counselling provides an opportunity to explore these phenomena and to consider alternatives that can prove more helpful in living your life in ways that you prefer.

How Does it Work?
Often, people who have been to see me for counselling say they feel more empowered, more confident and more in control of their lives or particular situations. Individual Counselling with me involves being supported and respected as an individual, whilst embarking on what for many is a remarkable and deeply rewarding personal journey. Sometimes, though starting with Individual Counselling, relationship considerations come to the fore and you may wish to explore Couples Counselling or Separation Counselling.
